Among 41 children, 26 were male and 15 were females. Mean casts needed in our study was 6.29±0.93. By using, the 10- point Pirani scoring system, the mean Pirani score was 3.46±0.515 at baseline while mean Pirani score after treatment was 0.0317±0.130.
